TodayY I purchased a new Samsung TV and attempted to set it up . ...I only changed the cables to the ports from one TV to the next,received an error message from Verizon that they were unable to fix and neither could Samsung when I called them..Now Verizon says I need a new cable box as the one that I was using earlier that was working just fine is no longer receiving signals.Does anyone who is familiar with this problem please tell me what happened?
