We have had Fios for about 6 months, and have had no problems until this last week. Last Thursday it appeared that none of our shows recorded, but on Saturday they all showed up as recorded at 2:30 am, very strange. The shows are set to stop recording on time, however the first 5 minutes of a show will be missing and the last 5 minutes of the next show records. We had a scheduled recording on Sunday afternoon, that never recorded but the two shows around it did, that we did not have scheduled. I have reset the box a few times, and waited on hold last night for an hour before giving up. Any suggestions ? It almost acts like the internal time is off or something.
