I cannot get my fios tv app to work. I have reinstalled the app. I have restarted my boxes numerous times and restarted my router. I submitted a help ticket but it was not responded to.

What happens?
Does app not work at all?
Or can you just not connect to DVR?
What device did you load the app on?
What model DVR do you have?
