After decades with Comcast I made the switch to Fios and am very happy—better internet, better service—but Comcast TV had some features that Fios is missing and should add:
–the DVR should be on the remote. Instead, you have to go to home/scroll down/and then hit DVR.
–when you use the DVR your show freezes. Why?
–I was able to have my DVR start and end 3 minutes on every recording using a setting—here, I have to do this for every movie.
–there was a great feature that allowed me to name my favorite actors/musicians and when they were in a new show it would automatically appear in my DVR. Do this.
–where are my last watched channels? I should be able to press down on the remote and see my last 5 channels. Fios wants me to go to home and scroll pass a giant ad.

–Under “Home” there is a useless “For you” tier that offers me channels and shows that I would never watch and would love to delete from my TV if not existence.
