What is wrong, STD def comes in but the HD channel is not available?

I apologize for the trouble that you are having. Does this occur on only one HD Channel?
You can reseat your coax connections from the Set Top Box and the coax jack on the wall while the Set Top Box is powere off.

I have this problem too, on about 10 channels. The above "solution" did not work for me and I am about to smash this DVR with a hammer.

Possibly a bad cable, splitter, or connection somewhere.

No. This is a Verizon issue. Not my cable connection. Not my box - already reset. No Fox Business. Screen is white
