I've been charged for PPV that I did not order. I feel as though my account was hacked. I called Verizon and after speaking to the manager, she coldly and calmly explained how I was wrong and she was right. Now Verizon suspended my account until I pay the balance of six-hundred-something dollars, and there is nothing I can do about it. It's my word against theirs.
This is not how a huge corporation should treat its customers.
Guess what? I found another person who posted the EXACT SAME ISSUE during the same month! May 2015!
Now is Verizon going to say that both of these instances we are lying?
Someone please help me have these charges removed so I can continue paying for the Verizon service.
This is not the way a company should work. Especially when there are other instances of this issue happening.
Are you saying that someone can't hack into my account and do this?
