So I have had service with Verizon just over two weeks. I have vision problems and google remotes have type that is impossible to read. I did the chat option five different times and was told that I could get the previous remote version which has bigger type and voice button. When I asked too many questions the rep cut the chat. After being on the chat for a little over two hours yesterday, I was told the 5 remotes I needed would arrive at my house today. What actually arrived was one remote just like the ones I have. Two different reps told me via chat they would send me what I needed. Today, after the one was delivered I jumped on the chat today to be told he would fix it. He even sent me a pic of the remote he would be sending to make sure it was correct. Before finishing the transaction he cut me off and another rep jumped on. This conversation lasted well over an hour (so that means i was on the verizon chat system for over three hours in the last 24). After many messages of "please give me two minutes to check...." she comes back and says if i want the older remotes i would need the older boxes. Well, why did 5 other people tell me something different? I left my previous carrier because of bad customer service. I think I went from the frying pan into the fire.
