How do I get the CR1000A router?

Although the 1000A is newer than the 3100, it is really only needed for multi-gigabit service.
If Verizon's top available Internet speed is 1 gigabit, then the 3100 is perfect for the subscribed service.
There is a tiny chance that a 1000A wasn't readily available and Verizon made a substitution.
