I recieved my gift card, finally, and also recieved the security postcard that was supposed to have a pin on it. However, the pin box is left blank.
The login information only has a password that is the same as my last name but it doesn't have a username? Very bizarre and annoying.
Anyone know how to get this fixed? Really would like to use my visa.
