Got new Fios Tv One box, can’t set it up

So I just exchanged a Fios TV One box for a new one but can’t seem to get past the light flashing. I can’t even get a picture on my screen. Is it defective? Am I doing something wrong? How long is it supposed to take?

There definitely should be an activation screen. Are you definitely on the right input?

Did you hook the coax cable up correctly? Have you tried rebooting your router?
