Guide Button on Samsung Smart TV not showing Verizon Guide anymore**Picture**

We have the Verizon DVR box behind the wall, using the Samsung Smart TV provided IR Reader. 

One day everything changed!!

When we use the Samsung remotes (as we always have) and hit the guide button it brings up a very delayed and blank version of a TV Guide. It is blue, it is extremly delayed and doesnt show channels. Starts at Channel 2. 

Its clearly not the Verizon Fios Guide. image

How do i get this working again. ??

This is the guide fromt eh TV itself. You must have switch TV to cable input not HDMI.

Nothing was changed. We turned it on one day and hit the Guide button on the samesung remot e and this popped up! 

Must be a setting??

I have several Samsung TVs. This is their internal guide.

It will only show up when I am on coax input not HDMI.
If you hit Info button on Samsung remote, what input does TV say it is on?

In the photo the OP posted at the bottom the small live TV box that's displayed it says "HDMI 1".

i'm having the exact same problem, I put in a new cable box and now when I head home on my Samsung remote it doesn't show Fios as an option

Your remote has to be programmed to call the Verizon Guide, not the Samsung guide which it is now doing. Was there a Samsung firmware update recently, or a Fios firmware update recently?
