Guide data for .TV and Viacom channels

Is there an easy way to contact someone at Verizon to have them update their guide data for the Viacom and .TV channels to Tribune? Thos of us with cable card devices are pulling are guide data from tribune and it seems when you contact Tribune, Tivo, or Moxi it all comes back to verizon. If you call support at Verizon they don't really want to help out.

Well this afternoon the guide data was updated for the Viacom channels. Still waiting on the .TV channels.

where are you at? I'm in Southern California and my Tivo is configured to use zip code 90806 (Verizon Pomona lineup) and the Tivo listings for the Viacom channels are still 3 hours off. 😞
