HDMI Ports stopped working after Verizon Install - No Signal message

Had Verizon Fios installed and HDMI connected Blu-Ray player stopped working immediately after install.
I have checked all ports with different cables and a new Blu-ray player and still get no signal message on TV(yes switched TV to correct HDMI port). TV works on cable box with HDMI, I have taken this cable off cable box and switched it to blu-rays and still no signal.
Verizon not much help with this, I am sorry I switched from Cox at tthis point.
Anyone else have this experience?
