One of the best movie channels on FIOS is Hallmark, Channel 239, and now Verizon has decided to stop the ability to record this channel............what a lousy decision! Did you ever think to ask for customer opinion??? Do you even care about customer opinion???

I am sorry you are having difficulty with your DVR. Have you tried recording the channel recently? The ability to record is still present but may be disabled for some content. For further assistance please look at the private message I have sent you.

Go here first and refresh the device:
Main Menu > DVR > Configure & Upgrade>Refresh the Device
Then check here and make sure you have the correct settings for the channel:
Main Menu > DVR > Configure & Upgrade > Default Series Options
