Has anyone talked about this problem with Fios One

Has anyone talked about this HUGE problem with Fios One, I'm using Fios One VMS but I'm assuming Fios One also has this same problem!

When I try to record a show, a show that started at 2 PM but right now the time is 2:30 PM

The DVR won't let me record it saying that the show has past the time that it started!!!!

I remember having this same issue when I recieved my old DVR but the problem got fixed about 1 week after I noticed this HUGE flaw!

How long has this problem been for Fios One boxes? It is still not solved

Can anyone that is with Verizon let them know about this HUGE problem! Thanks!

Few more details.

How long was the show? If only 30 min, then you can't record it at the end?

Were you on the channel when the show started or tuned to it and then tried to record?

It can't go back if you weren't on the channel when the show started.

Did you correctly set up the recording with the right time and day in the recording list? You can't record from the beginning of a show once it has started, but can record from where it is by hitting the red record button on the remote.

Yes, I want to record from the beginning of the show, you can't do that now

You can only record the show from the DVR's time that is showing,  1  minute off of the time & you cannot record

It is so DUMB, I remember the same problem from the old DVR I had just recieved but the problem got fixed by Verizon fairly quickly, so quick I didn't have time to complain

How come the problem still hasn't been fixed with this new box, I just received the new Fios One VMS box but Fios One has been out a long time

No one has a problem with this?? ðŸ¤”🙄

This is the way it has always been as far as I can remember. You can hit the record button to manually record, but you can't go back to the beginning of the show. It isn't buffered somewhere to be used that way. If you want the program from the beginning, then you have to add it to your recording schedule.. I also have another provider and can't do what you want to do with them either.
