Hey Verizon, you should train your customer service. They have no idea what content you have.

Here's a transcript from my recent chat when the Verizon Rep didn't even know you had 3D content.  I had looked it up and wanted help with whether there was anything else, but was told there was nothing and didn't even admit he was wrong.  Just saying, very unimpressive customer service:
