How do I discontinue Verizon Fios TV - I want to keep the internet and phone?

Verizon's options for canceling anything are pretty useless.  Consider canceling the whole plan but I do want to keep my same phone number and internet without any delays.  But I no longer use TV via cable and can see no purpose to paying for something I don't use
