How do I restart from the beginning of a show?

I have a dvr and i know i can restart from the begining of the show but i cant seem to get to optioin to do so.. do you have a step by step?

When you select the show โ€œResume Playโ€ is the first option then โ€œPlay from Startโ€ is the second option. Pick that one.

If you have the new voice remote you can push and hold mic button and just say โ€œstart overโ€

and follow instruction on tv.
