The menu and procedure function as described, but you have to wait until the next day to confirm. Posters are there again and the setting has been returned to "Enable." I have to turn the TV off and then on again, or press Exit.

Media Client Settings is not a submenu option I can find anywhere. Where is that ostensibly located?

It is actually settings, system, Fios TV One settings, then screensaver posters, disable on my box.

Media client is your main Fios One box. You go to settings >notifications >recommendations and disable them, back out to promotions and disable them. That leaves you with a simple Verizon graphic that stays on even if you turn the box off. You have to either change inputs on your TV, or turn off your tv to get rid of it. If the TV keeps turning itself on, go to settings >Audio&video>video settings > TV input control and disable it. Turn the box off, then back on after making the changes.

I’ve disabled screensaver posters, but a black screen with Verizon logos day time still comes up; further it ones on even after I’ve turned tv off. Only way to stop is to unplug. HELP!

There is no way you can see the screensaver with the TV off. How can you have a picture without the TV being on?

Is the Vizio logo on the TV itself, or a picture on the TV? If it's the Vizio logo on the bezel of the TV, there is a menu setting in the TV'S menu for that logo to be lit all the time, or turn off when the set is off. That has nothing to do with the Fios box.

The Fios logo is always there whenever the box is switched off, no way around it. Make sure "TV input control" is disabled in the video settings menu and just turn the TV off. The logo will go away!

If you have a smart TV try
Menu > setting > audio and video > video settings > TV input control and then choose disable.
