I cannot log into Verizon Fios when connecting to TV provider

I am on the ESPN app and when I try to sign into Verizon Fios via Manage my TV Provider section, I am unable to log in. Once I enter my credentials, I either receive the following message  "We're sorry.... We are not able to process your request." or the page spins with the message "Please wait - we are verifying your account...". After 10 plus minutes, it is still spinning and there has been no change. I have encountered this when trying to log in through both my computer and tv. How can I successfully connect my tv provider?

Call billing and have them re-authorize your account.
