I cannot sign in to CNN or TCM from other devices

I have FIOS TV Cable and Gigabit internet.

In the past I was able to go to the CNN website or the TCM website and 'sign in' and then

stream the channels on either my computer or my ipad.

Now, no matter what browser I use or if I use their 'apps' i am asked to pick my provider-VerizonFIOS and then it goes to a page that says "SIGNING IN" and then a second later brings me back to the same sign-in page.   The CNN never gets past the 'PREVIEW' and TCM just won't let me watch..

What has happened and how do i fix it??? (tried different browsers as well--same problem)

Try clearing cookies from the browsers and try again.
