I just got Verizon installed 2 days ago and I can’t watch tv because of a Video Media Server Error.  How is it possible that my brand new Verizon service is already failing.  I’ve also been on hold for about an hour now and nobody has picked up.  I’m seriously regretting setting up for this service.  Somebody please help me because I’m new to this service and don’t understand why I’m getting this error.  I also don’t understand why there is no support from Verizon’s call center.  Why!!!!!

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please check your Private Messenger inbox for a message from a Verizon support agent. You can find your inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
