i loose FIOS service (phone, Internet, tv) after it rains hard. 

Each time a technician then has to come, I have to take time off from work and am without service for days. 

Verizon told me they fixed the issue , but it happened again today and the next appointment I can get is Tuesday, three days later.

issue is outside the house.

anybody has some ideas on how to fix permanently?

Any idea what the technician does while he is there?

Have you opened the customer door ont he ONT?

Do you have any error lights?
