Channel 513 on Fios TV guide should show ION but shows something like DEFY and not the programming for ION. As an example, when tuning to 513 I see ION NWSL soccer but my guide shows DEFY icon and Ax Men.as the program. However, using voice remote gesture and saying, “tune to ION TV the STB tunes to 513 although it is mislabeled. With bogus program information, I cannot record on my DVR ION programming,
The issue was fixed this morning 5-20-2024 and now it is back to DEFY. What gives?

A ghost in the machine.......
It was fixed at 7:15 pm, now it is showing DEFY again but the EPG is showing ION programming. One step forward, two steps back.
