Basically, AFD is used to make sure that programs and commercials that are supposed to air in widescreen show up letterboxed in standard definition. For the past few weeks, shows that are supposed to air in letterbox haven't been in the Boston area, so I'm wondering if they have AFD and if not, when they'll get it.
