Issue 8632 for Purchased Movie

We just purchased a movie in one room on demand, and when we moved to another room in our apartment to watch the movie, we're receiving the error 8632 that "we do not have enough credits to purchase." We've already purchased the movie and it will not allow us to play it. Can someone from Verizon please provide an answer ASAP? This has happened in the past and it's pushing us to get rid of FiOS and move to another provider.
