Geez been on hold for 70 mins...supposed to be 7-9 mons. Should I stay holding? Did they forget about me?

Usually when you end up waiting such long times, they have switched you to an area that is not supported 24/7. Particularly for those questions that need the billing department you need to call during so called Business Hours.
