Not the normal experience. Double check your cables. Is the on the VMS or on an IPC box. Check your channel signal strength.

I'm having the same experience. I've tried almost everything and can't seem to resolve the issue. I'm actually downgrading to the multi room DVR to see if it solves the problem. It's a shame.
