Using Kindle Fire HD to watch Fios TV. Kindle Constantly loses connection. Any help out there

Is the Kindle connecting to the 5Ghz WiFi or the 2.4Ghz network? Is either set to a FIXED channel number in the router or are they on automatic channel selection? You should try setting whatever network you are connecting to to a fixed channel and see if it helps.
