December 2024 I switched 3 STD Cable boxes to their streaming boxes
- I was offered a no change in price “upgrade” plan if I agreed to the switch
—with numerous no charge amenities to follow once the billing system properly cycled for awhile (it would be monitored)
billing would be locked for at least 2 years
the 2 very helpful Verizon employees who made this happen were:
Debra McLain (Delaware/New Jersey)
& her supervisor Erica Jenkins
Ms McLain did speak to me in February and verified all was good & after a few more bills, the upgrades would be added/finalized
QUESTION:
Does anyone know how to contact either of them?
my price was raised and the promised speed upgrade did not occur
Verizon has repeatedly stated that they cannot transfer me to them as there is no employee database
very frustrated
