I just recently upgraded my service and having issue with my Fios TV + set top box and my Amazon Omni Fire TV. Ever since I upgraded the words don’t match the lips and I have to pull the power to the set top box to get it to work again. It’s very annoying to have this problem and I’m not sure what to do about it. Any suggestion?
thanks

I don't see any lipsync settings in the Fios + menu, so you need to check the Fire TV and see if there is a setting for lipsync and try toggling it to another setting. You could also try another HDMI cable, or try pulling the HDMI cable from both the TV and Fios box after shutting them down. Then power both up and reconnect the HDMI cable starting with the Fios box then the TV.
