I intermittently lose TV service with various errors for a few minutes before it comes back. It is extremely frustrating. Has anyone else gotten these error messages? How did you resolve them? thank you.

Now that I can see the pictures are you having issues with a WiFi connected mini (IPC) ? If so, can you connect it via coax or ethernet to the network instead? The minis are known for poor connectivity via WiFi. You could also try using a WiFi extender wired via ethernet to the mini if no other wiring solution is available.

Does your internet stay stable when the TV service is having issues? If so your problem is most likely related to the coax net. I can't see the pictures you posted, but the most common issue for intermittent problems is bad coax connections, You could also have a splitter that is flaking out or some bad coax wire, in that order. Try unhooking al the coax connections and reconnecting them. You may need to replace the splitter with a MoCa 2.0 approved splitter too. Also try unplugging the router and Fios box from power. After three minutes plug the router back in, then when stable plug the Fios box back in. You could also check here too:  Main Menu > Customer Support > Top Support Tools > Fix FiOS TV Issues

In addition to what Clem suggested, I would add that open taps on splitters can cause weird problems with performance.

If there are open taps, consider replacing the splitter with one that has the exact number of taps required for proper service, or, purchase some 75-ohm terminating plugs and attach them to the unused taps.
