Lost Channels after Service Upgrade

Hi. On May 2nd I began a chat with a representative from Verizon regarding my internet svc. I ran a speed test and got 12/26. I pay for 100/100. My router is old and the representative stated they could upgrade my svc and router for an additional 30/ month.

well today my I got my new svc. And they removed ALL my premium channels. I did not agree to this in any way shape or form.

is there any way to get my chat from 5/2? I am so upset right now.
