Help.............
The tv light stays lit as long as the batteries are in the remote and it doesn't respond to pushing any buttons. I've replaced the batteries and it didn't help. I know that it's the remote and not the box because my remote from the other room will still work on this box. How do I get a new remote?

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem. The Power and "Fios TV" buttons stay on for as long as the batteries are in the remote. I left the batteries out overnight and as soon as I put them in this morning -- same thing. The two lights stay on and the remote is unresponsive
Any guidance appreciated.
Thank you
