Mobile Remote - No Icons on Favorites

I have an Android phone (Samsung Intercept), and downloaded the Mobile Remote app.

I've registered it, and it works great with one problem:  There are no channel icons in the favorites section, either on my favorite channels or the 'all channels' tab.

Am I missing a step to download the icons to the phone?

no, you are not the only one. it's just that the verizon website is so poorly organized and with multiple registrations that folks have probably not even seen your post. Only multiple Google searches have brought me to posting. Have busted had FIOS triple play installed and now realize how poorly implemented the apps are. Signal quality is great but the sw design in multiple areas is not up to par. Favorites included. E.g. why aren't my favorite lists available multi-room?
