My HDDVR says 10% full but I have no recordings

I recently signed up for FIOS. One of my HD DVR's says that it has 0 SD recordings and 0 HD recording but it is also somehow 10% full? I don't have any recorded programs. What next>

Have you tried resetting the DVR?  That usually works for me.  Go to Menu - Help - In-Home Agent - Reboot STB.

This will do a soft reset -- you won't lose any of your settings but it should reset your DVR.
