NBC vs NBC-HD what the heck! Sound is better on standard channel!

I have a $5000 Lexicon S.S. Decoder - The HD channel has center channel only during the Supper Bowl pre-show! The Local NBC standard def. channel has center left & right front.

Comercials have all channels 7.1 (including sides, rears & sub-woofer) Figures!  NOC needs help I guess? Going to call now to get it fixed asap - Here goes hours of my time!

Verizon passes the feed exactly as it is received from the affiliate.  If you have a problem, you need to call your local affiliate and ask for engineering because they are the only ones that can do anything about it.
