Now that the lockout is over, what's the status with NHL Center Ice on FIOS? According to this page, it's getting HEAVILY discounted on other providers, but I haven't heard anything about the pricing on FIOS. I did the whole online chat with a representative thing and they were basically useless. If it's going at full price, I'm definitely going to ditch it and get NHL Gamecenter since I can use that for MUCH cheaper this season.

Even if they haven't announced it yet, Verizon uses iNDemand, so we can pretty much count on Verizon selling it for the $49.99 descibed in the link you provided.

FWIW, I just got off the phone with customer service, and the Official Line is that they still haven't reached a final agreement on pricing for the package. The CSR said we'd still have an opportunity to opt out once pricing was finalized, and now that we know what the price should be - and thanks for that link - the decision will be pretty straightforward.

This is NOT true! They may be advertising it, but I have channel 1475 on right now and there is NO game...even though it is advertised in the Guide that it is a Flames hockey game tonight. I saw the advert on The Weather Channel. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!!

It is there now.
Channels 1475 and 1470 (HD version) had delays (for the Calgary, Canadian feed), the game didn't show up exactly at 6PM EST.
The US feeds from San Jose (1471 and 1476) seem to have started sooner.

What's up with the guide on the HD feeds. There is no information on what game is on those channels and I don't understand what the in demand channel guide that is posted on some of the channels means in regards to The fios channels. It says channel 1 2 3 4 ect ect ect. Bayou would think Verizon could at least fix the **bleep** guide to show what game is on what channel instead of having to search through them to figure it out on your own.

Nope. 10:16 Dallas Stars and it doesn't not come in. Yet the game is almost over. It's false advertising. The screen says NHL Center Ice/MLB Extra Innings, Press ok to order, Press C for more info. If you have already subscribed to this channel press B to troubleshoot.

I'm watching the Blues Preds game right now in HD with no issues. I'm not a subscriber. I'm in Maryland.

Does anybody know why there are only 5 HD channels for NHL Center Ice? Last year I subscribed to the package through Time Warner and got almost every game in HD. Having fewer games in HD is a major drawback....hockey really benefits from HD. Is there any chance that we can get Verizon to add more HD channels?

Any idea on when this might happen? I got told by @verizonsupport on Twitter yesterday that the NHL CBA still hadn't been ratified (*laugh*) so they didn't know when this would be available. Hopefully this poor ignorant soul has since joined the world and cal be a bit more helpful, but I'm considering going with GameCenter Live since it doesn't look as if FiOS will have its act together in time.

I did a web chat with a rather useless person yesterday as well. They told me that there was no agreement in place. I linked him to InDemand's website where they clearly list the price and clearly list FiOS as a provider.
I then told him that if the price was not $49.99 as advertised then I'll be cancelling. I don't know why everyone else hsa their {word filter avoidance} together and FiOS doesn't. Comcast is ready to go. I feel like Verizon is being lazy because there's a free preview period. I fully expect Verizon to not be ready until January 30th

They suck. C.S. is nightmare. You go through a whole hogmosh just to get connected and than no affirmative answer as to when or if it will be offered. I wish I could judt get out of my present contract and dump the whole package.
