Verizon boxes don't ever display "No signal". Make sure the boxes is plugged in to the receptacle and the wire/wires that go from box to the TV are connected. Your TV could possibly be on the wrong input try hitting the the source or input button on the TV's remote until you see a picture. If you FiOS remote is programmed that button is on bottom left "AV/TV Input".
