I have been looking for this coupon since January 2015.

Multiple times I have called this # {edited for privacy}.

Every time I called, I was told by the Verizon representative that, it would be sent to my address. I had no idea that sending a coupon to a Gmail email id can take forever. I have called this multiple times and never received the coupon. Then they issued a coupon to my home address, which is the registered address in US. Again months passed, the coupon never reaches my home.

I called them again, and now they are saying that promotion is expired. I feel like I am being cheated. As part of my contract, I was supposed to get this 1 year subscription free but VERIZON never send that to me. And after 11 months of continues try, they are saying coupon expired. Why do you do this to me? If you cannot give it, you should have never mentioned in the package itself and give me back 1 year price of netflix.

Hi Riju,

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. The title of your post is the link. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. To ensure you know when they have responded to you, at the top of your support case there is a drop down menu for support case options. Open that and choose "subscribe". Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
