We always used channel 838 to watch Netflix. Then a while ago a problem occurred.—The last 10 minutes of a movie , the VZ set top box crashes and reboots. This happened every time & repeatedly on the same movie. It was a struggle to see the end of the movie. Long story short, VZ technical support couldn’t help us after hours on the phone. We discovered that we can only watch Netflix trouble free by using the Netflix button on the TV’s remote control. The older TV’s don’t have Netflix on their remote control so we can’t watch Netflix on those TV’s. On our newer smart TV’s, the Netflix screen comes up to “log in” or “start subscription”. Click “log in” and follow prompts. Now we can watch movies from beginning to end. Problem solved!
