Switched from Optimum to Fios. The custom tv package is not great. The preferred HD looks better but they want $24 more a month. Anyone have luck getting VZ to upgrade them to Preferred HD during the 2 yr agreement keeping that bundle price? ty
You can change packages at any time.
But you price for that portion of the service will go up or down with it.
ETF would come in to play if you choose to drop a service all together.
