Took me straight to Flexview page.
I just clicked on the link you posted and it took me straight to the DVR Storage Expansion page.

It took me to flexview too, until I signed in. Once signed in, it took me right to the Expansion page as well.

This makes zero sense. What browser are you guys using? I've tried Explorer, Chrome and Firefox(which used to work fine). I've even installed the IE extension for Firefox. I still can't seem to get anything but the Flexview page. I've cleared my history and cache too and still nothing. **bleep**?

I click on
https://www36.verizon.com/fiostv/web/members/DvrExpansion.aspx
and it shows up in the address bar like it's going to load, but then https://www36.verizon.com/fiostv/web/members/OnDemandHome.aspx just magically pops in there.

Having the same problem for weeks, yet phone support, ecenter, @FiosTV and @VerizonSupport have not been able to help. Just came cross this thread and am glad to see I'm not the only one.
So, we cannot sign up for the new box on the phone (I've tried), but the site is borked and keeps going back to the OnDemandHome page?
Saddest thing is that the first post in this thread is from October 2010 yet they have not fixed the problem.
Does anybody at Verizon actually read these forums and follow through?
What do I need to do to get a new DVR and finally rid my home of the pos that I have?

I had problems accessing the site for a short while a few months ago that seemed to clear up so sorry to hear this is a continuing problem for you. Any chance you tried the FIrefox browser, too? I could access in Firefox when I couldn't with IE.
I have a new problem, though -- "MY DVR" doesn't show an accurate listing of what is actually scheduled. I wonder -- with the new 7232 I've taken to powering it down -- perhaps it has to be always on to sync with the website?

Does your TV support that? FIOS boxes do not.

The new Verizon home page and sign-in page are now displaying properly on our two computers. It was fixed today. However, the Community Forum pages are still not displaying properly on the computer with Windows Vista.. The computer with XP just got the Community Forum pages displaying properly. The one with Vista is much more messed up as far as display than the one with XP was. I hope this is fixed soon as it is hard to read or type any messages on these forum pages.
Working fine here with the latest Firefox on Vista 64 Professional.

In my case, downloading the following Windows Update caused Verizon pages not to properly load: Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 8 for Windows XP (KB2360131). If I am not signed in to my account, the Support>Forums page does not display properly; if I am signed in, then all pages display properly.

Currently, all Verizon pages are now loading properly for me...regardless of my Verizon account sign-in/sign-out status.

Your right. It works without signing in. Good for Verizon techs.

Has any anyone else noticed the update for TV Central? I don't guess they're calling it TV Central any more but whatever....it seems like a big improvement to me.
I like the user interface much better than the old site and it's light years faster to load pages when navigating around.
Good job there Verizon.

Well, not unique to the new website (though the new site seems worse): Verizon webpages seem to load and respond slower than any website on the planet! SLOW - SLOW.
You'd think a communications company specialized in offering Internet access, mobile connections, etc. would be more on top of this than other sites!? (The Verizon Wireless website is equally SLOW).
Suggestion to Verizon: take some of those millions of advertising dollars (I still receive mailed flyers to subscribe to FIOS & I already am!) and spend it on support (plus faster web servers). Please?

I totally agree with the last poster. Verizon has one of the fastest internet available (Fios) but one of the slowest websites that I use daily, doesn't make sense.

I have solved the problem of the Verizon Forum pages not displaying properly. In order for these pages to display properly, you must sign in and go to forums on the new Verizon home page. You can NOT click in on forum on the the old Verizon central page. If you do, the pages will not display properly. Even if you have the Verizon Forum in your Favorites, as I do, first you must sign in and go to the forum from the new Verizon home page. That means those who are not internet customers of Verizon, can not use the pages unless they don't mind getting pages that are all messed up. I don't know if this was done purposely, but right now it's like the Comcast forums. Only customers can get the forum pages. After they take off the old page those who aren't customers won't be able to get into the forum unless Verizon makes some changes. I am going to relay this on Feedback to see if it was done purposely.
This was also posted on Fios Internet forum page. It's posted on topic :pages not displaying properly.
