What do you all think about the new Guide in FIOS TV? I think it's terrible. The channel you have selected shows the name of the show twice which is confusing. The new, flattened layout, which everyone is doing from Windows 8 to SI.com, seems to be the rage but I have no idea why because it is not easy to use. Seems that just because it looks modern and cool management thinks it is also easy to use. Just wondering what anyone else thinks. I think Verizon failed it on this one.

I HATE THE NEW GUIDE FORMAT !! It is not very clear. Scrolling right, does not move the page, it just highlights the next program, but the program listed first does not move.
Scrolling for upcoming shows is awful.
When you scroll to the right to view upcoming shows on the half hour, and then scroll down, to see what is showing on other channels, if one of the shows is an hour long then your search is will be changed and all of the following channels you view will be changed to display what is on at the hour (for example if you look for shows at 8:30, it swtiches to what is on at 8:00).

Verizon sucks (for a internet company you think they might actually know a little about programming)
The guide is unusable on a standard def small tv 13". I have to be not more the 2' away to read it.
Also on a High Def 19" also unusable.
You think they would put some people in a room and actually look at the guide befrore jamming down our throat's
I don't need 6 channel per screen in the guide. 2 is plenty.

Sorry but I completely disagree. I think the guide looks fine and I want 6 channels on the screen not 2. I'd rather have 8 channels if given a choice.

If it's not broken don't fix it. Who came up with this new channel guide it is terrible. There was nothing wrong with the old one. The new guide does not tell you what the show or movie is about. How do this guide make it faster & easier? Do us all a favor and go back to the old guide.
