I just had a new cable box (with built-in DVR) installed with new remote control. The old remote had PREV and NEXT buttons. PREV jumped ahead 30 seconds, NEXT back 30 seconds. There are not PREV and NEXT buttons on the new remote. Is there some way to carry out these functions from the remote?

Two ways: use the right and left sides of the circular ring to skip forward and back, or use voice commends.
