New Software Update 11/11/2014 2 A.M. Major Bug

I discovered this major glitch.

I have 89 % of my DVR filled with moveis, etc.  I have all of them set "SAVE UNTIL I DELETE"

After this update all my existing 89% of content had their preference defaulted/changed to "SAVE UNTIL SPACE IS NEEDED" which means that After this update, all users who think that their programs are safe ,WILL NOW BE DELETED!.

Please address with software developers for a patch.

Welcome to the club.  This is just one of many Fios bugs in the last software.  Verizon refuses to either admit to the problems or refuses to commit to a fix when they cannot deny a problem exists.

Here are a list of a few other problems.

1) DVR spontaniously reboots randomly

2) dublicate show get recorded that never happend before on their channels and the other over 1000+ channels

3) hit stop while recording a live broadcast and resume a few minutes later and it jumps to the present (after 6 calls they finally said they were able to duplicate this problem, yet no resolution.

4) their new menu sucks. 

5) problems that have been reported and existed for the last at least 3 years were ignored.

6) Verizon doesn't care about their customers

7) Verizon doesn't provide all the channels you pay for.

Time to look for other alternative providers!

So in other words, reporting a bug here isn't going to do any good because the ones you want to see it, won't.

In the TV Menu help section, there is a page that says you can report it to tv.feedback @ verizon. com

give that a shot.
