I have had no FiOS service since Friday. When I call Verizon "they" just keep giving me a new ETA of when service will resume.
How can I talk to someone to get a better answer.
Is it just me or in my area.
Or is it my equipment?
Any help will be appreciated.

First check with a neighbor and see if they have service. Then go here and post the issue:
