I recently signed up to have TV service on my TIVO box. Prior to that I just had internet from FIOS. I am now using a FIOS cable card and everything works fine except I do not have FoxNews or The Fox Business channel. It is included with my Home and Family plan.
I tried calling today and just now hung up after being on hold for a few minutes over 4 hours!
When I go to the channel (617 or 618) it ether says that I am not authorized or it will display my cable card parameters. If someone from Verizon can send me a text or email I can send an image of the cable cards parameters to get me set up.
