No channels received with DCT700

I have two DCT700 set top boxes connected to standard TVs. I also have one HDTV with the appropriate set top box. I am getting no audio or video on any channels with the two DCT700's, but the HDTV works fine on all channels. I've unplugged the power cords of the DCT700's and replugged them after 10-15 seconds. No change. Any suggestions on what's wrong?

Check your account online to verufy that it shows you have 2 DCTs.

They have to be authorized on your account before they work.

I checked and both DCT700's are listed in my account. I should add that I've been using these DCTs and the HDTV set top box for several years with no issues. This problem started when I returned from a 3-month vacation during which time I had my Verizon FIOS (TV, voice and internet) on a temporary suspension.

Probably best to contact support to make sure things were turned on properly.

Thanks CRobGauth. 15 minutes o on-line chat with tech support and he/she successfully reconfigured both DCT700's. Apparently they were overlooked when my service was re-activated.

Appreciate your help.
