We have notice yesterday that on several Showtime Channels and Starz channels we cannot rewind or pause while watching Live TV.
Any help or suggestion?
The first thing I would try is resetting the DVR through the InHomeAgent, or powering it down by removing power for a minute and plugging it back in. If that does not work, you can go online and reset your DVR through the support area. Or just call for tech support and have them check the box. If those features work on other channels, they should work on all the channels.
